Service Description

This package includes four 45-minute sessions a month, access to me for on-demand support through text, four 15-minute quick coaching as needed and additional resources for specific topics you are facing. During these confidential sessions, you will identify your goals, challenges, and self-development. These sessions will provide the time to focus on your goals, building a strong understanding of your strengths so you can move forward through your life, creating and fine-tuning your self. Included in the price of this Courageous Package is the Discovery Session, where we will discuss coaching, your goals, and see if coaching is right for you. These sessions can be held via phone or video conference from the comfort of your own home. Join me and grow into the person you truly are.
